I don’t recommend Questrade broker. I have several problem with their IQ Edge platform, there are very limited function for charting. Withdrawal is also takes longer time. They always process my withdrawal request after one week. A little slow customer support but at least they still respond. Now I am planning to switch another broker.
It has been 8 months with Questrade platform and I don’t have any issues on it. I think deposit required by this broker also good and affordable since it allowed minimum amount $1000. In fact, I still can’t avoid losing trades and have losses during the first cycle of trade. I am so thanks to him to bring me to this platform and I can trade successfully on their MT4. Now, I am a professional scalper and I prefer their 0.4 pips spread for EUR/USD. I use their helpful currency calculator tools. Today my profit is almost $800 dollars. Every week I had a withdrawn almost $450 dollar via Money Transfer account. I liked their reliable system and service.
I am dealing with Questrade broker on their web trading platform, which is simple and no features. Also, I have experienced the platform is too slow. They have not any Credit/Debit card facility and a High fee for wire withdrawals, even the withdrawal is slow - over 3 days. I think Questrade broker's service is worst and unprofessional, So now I decided to move to another broker.
Qeustrade has been my broker for a year. So far, my whole experience is amazing. I was able to earn pretty well which I did not expect so much. The platform is easy to use and it always runs smoothly.
I have been with them for more than two years already and I keep progressing in my trading journey because this broker is consistent in providing their clients with the best services. I have a $1200 balance in a classic account. I prefer to deposit or withdraw via the wire transfer payment system within a day. So I say Questrade broker is a reliable. Everything works good from trading environment to withdrawals to customer service support.
