Tradeo is not a reliable broker. The execution of my orders is bit slow. Sometimes they have not executed my stop loss and I lose pips after being slipped more than 15 pips. I can't reach their customer support and they don't respond to my emails. I am not satisfied with their services.
Tradeo broker is a highly recommended especially to a newer. The platform is clear and easy to use and I can see profit is generating nicely. I have opened my live account with 30% welcome bonus that was very helpful for me. The platform is easy to use and it is very simple to execute trades. I opened my live account on 3rd July and the process was fast and easy. Deposit means are convenient and platform very user-friendly. I didn't withdraw any amount of funds yet and I consider Tradeo is a good broker so far.
Tradeo's service isn't fair to me. As I have experienced a worst Webtrader platform in a mini account. Also, their spreads aren't fixed, so the maximum time it could be reached up to 8 to 15 pips in the major currency pair which I have suffered many times being lost my invest. Their platform has many licking of trading tools and I am unable to set an EA for automated trading. So when I have trade manually then my order execution was slipped for server issue. So my profitable position going to lose. The worst thing is withdrawal fees charge, while they have limited payment options. So I am awful at trading with the Tradeo broker.
After a year of trading at Tradeo, I can proudly say that I have reached my target profit already. It would not be possible if the broker did not have a stable platform with instant order execution and tight spread.
Leverage that they provide is good for me than can be set up to 1:200 but I’m only set for 1:500 only. Spread for major pair is good which start from 2.2 pips. Along my journey with Tradeo, I trade confidently by the MT4 platform and I noticed that the graphical tools and chart are well-structured and designed. It is clear and easy to use. I used to trade by PC and normally order setting which I implemented like Stop loss and TP are executed promptly. I wish to see better progress in trading activities and thanks so much Tradeo.
Platform does not work properly, freezes very often and orders are not executed instantly as they say. Fake promo given to all traders, making traders fooled with all of their bid. I get a very big loss. Some email that I've send to request a withdrawal was never their reply, until this moment I've sent as many as five emails with the same request. Please, don't be a scam and bad broker.
My trading experience at Tradeo is decent. There is a few technical issues in the trading platform but it is always immediately fixed by the technical support. The spread is average and is the same with other brokers that I have seen. The customer support service is commendable. They are prompt in responding to clients' concerns. In terms of the payment method, I wish they could widen the choices. The options are very limited and it some adds hassle in the transaction so I hope they could improve on that.
Last month I decided not to trade with this broker anymore. I have repeatedly suffered great losses. I don't want them to do the same to me again. If it's totaled, my losses have reached $ 2000 in just one month. I lost every thing remining in my account. It is very risky to trade with this company. You will lose all your money.
I am disappointed to trade with the Tradeo broker. As always I found a poor execution, which delayed 30 to 40 sec. Also, I have seen that the pricing chart are different from live market quotes, probably 10 to 20 pips. So I got big slippage and can't place an order in my desired position. I think Tradeo broker didn't like our getting profit, as till now I had loss $647. even they cancelled my withdrawal request ten times. Really they were an unprofessional broker for me! Now I realize that I can't recover my losses and withdrawal any profit ever. So no more to trade with them.
Tradeo is just a terrible broker. I have traded with them for three months and I got nothing but stress and headache. Their platform is very shaky and it often crashes. There was one time when I was having a winning trade and I decided to close the position. While the platform is loading to execute the order, the platform suddenly crashed. It didn't run for many minutes and when it did, the movement of the price has already changed and my trade already lost.
