I have experienced Rosenthal Collins Group broker and I have used their RCG Onyx Plus WebTrade platform in an ECN account. As I have found direct access to the market and the fastest execution through their stable trading servers. While their spreads fixed isn’t, but my EA works well. Indeed in my deals is a perfect position and no slippage yet. Rosenthal Collins Group has a reliable payment service too. So I want to trade and make a profit with Rosenthal Collins Group broker.
Rosenthal Collins Group is not a reliable broker. The first time I started trading, I deposited $100. Once I started to trade, everything is going disaster for me. I'm trading on their MT4 platforms, which is unstable, slow, and any slippage also hangs. I can't use an EA too. Their trading session map and the trader's calculator is useless because I can't access it directly. Here my order is executed delayed, and I can't open a position on real-time market quotes. I didn't get the profit yet but I lost my money instead. One more thing, their support services are not fast to handle problems.
I`m delighted to work with Rosenthal Collins Group, opening an account is on the spot. The spreads are very firm on all major pairs, which give advantage for scalping. I really like this broker’s mobile apps, web apps and the social app is a nice touch. Depositing and withdrawing were both incredibly trouble-free and quick. Usually I can withdrew my balance within 4 hours. No one compares with Rosenthal Collins Group.
I am a trader at Rosenthal Collins Group for two years now. This broker is strongly regulated and they have a stable platform that is easy to operate. But I must be honest, the trading fees are not always favorable especially to retail traders. The fee changes and it could go as high as 14 pips based on my experience. This is the only issue that I see, but the rest are great.
This broker is ridiculous. Their system and service were not professional, they delay executing orders, and spread is high. Also, their support team is the worst, I have sent my request to help me solve problems, but they did not reply even ignore my request. They also had many hidden rules that led your trades come to fail. Please stay away from this broker.
