PhillipCapital is a reliable forex broker. At first, I came to know about Google search for information on forex broker. I was started with their $100 for test purpose and I seen that their MT4 platform available to trade indexes, cryptocurrency, forex and I also able to use my customized EA on their platform. They have mobile app it's which is aadvantage for me. So I want to recommend PhillipCapital broker.
I've experienced that the Phillip Capital platform is very poor performance in the market. Because the platform executed a 10 to 20-sec delay. As my orders got slippage 5 to 30 pips from my desired position. Also, Phillip Capital's broker service is the worst. I've complained to their support but didn't get any result yet. Overall I am disappointed to trade with them.
I say PhillipCapital services are quite compelling with well-engineered and user-friendly trading platforms. Because execution is almost instant and spread is lowest in the market, also their payment service is professional too. So I am happy with my investment and I will continue trading with PhillipCapital.
PhillipCapital has a floating spread and this is the main problem I have with this broker. I often get different amount of fees on my trades and sometimes they are just unreasonably high.
PhillipCapital is a terrible broker. I opened an account at this broker two years ago and their platform is always malfunctioning. It has been closing my trades even though I did not set any SL or TP. This led to a lot of losses that is why I requested for the withdrawal of my remaining balance and the closure of my account. But the broker didn't give me my money.
I have used about 6 fx brokers in my four years trading profession and quite surprisingly PhillipCapital is one of the most excellent I have traded with so far . As I am, a Premium Account holder and I got unbeatable spreads, as low as 0.0 pips. Mostly, I use my own customize EA on their VPS and I analyze my executed orders less than 2 ms. I am able to earn average $350 per months. I am not hesitated to recommend this PhillipCapital broker to my friends.
In terms of trading experience, I would say that PhillipCapital is fairly good. However, I don't like their customer support service. Their representatives are mostly slow to respond and they even have the audacity to be impatient with their clients. Oftentimes, I don't get the answers I need when talking to them.
