I've found a stable trading platform with Profit Group, they gave me a satisfying trading service in the forex market so far. I got the fastest execution on their MT4 platform with fixed spreads on all pairs. Also, their 55% first deposit bonus was helpful for me to make more profit. Even I found their withdrawal process happens within two hours. Dealing with the PAMM service is profitable without any tension. So I am satisfied with the Profit Group.
Have traded with Profit Group for 4 months now and feel disappointed. I had any problem with slippage, spread widening, and stop hunting. They have various bonus systems, there was a 30% deposit bonus offer which never credited to my account. Last month I had an issue with my withdrawal because my Skrill was unverified and they are unable to send my withdrawal. Until now, I'm still waiting even after completing my verification I informed them. They still didn't give my money. I don't recommend to choose Profit Group broker.
Profit Group is my favorite broker. I like their unique programs like contests, bonuses, rewards, etc. in recent times I took the chance and got $500 as a contest winner. Their platform is very easy and powerful. I made withdrawals almost every month without any troubles, their withdrawal systems are fully automatic. Their staffs are very polite and gracious.
The minimum initial deposit at Profit Group is very low and I understand why many novices would want to start an investment with them. But honestly, I don't that the broker is suitable for small traders. Their fees are too high and they require a certain amount of account balance before being able to withdraw funds.
Profit Group is a horrified broker. I have been trading with them for 3 months, but I'm never satisfied with their service. Their charts spike up and down, and it doesn't match other charts. They spike up and down to trigger stops and kick you out. I've been using them for about a month, and I got wiped out. I lost almost $600 while trading on their platform. That's how my trading experience at this broker. I will never take a risk to join this broker again.
Most of the technical analysis are not effective. Their recommendation are misleading. You will get requotes during execution if the market moves in your favor but filled in at a worse price if market moves against you. When I called them to process my request, they did not give me a reasonable answer. They have many ways to take my money. I will stop from this broker.
I've had the problems with limit/stop orders, this thing doesn't work few times and I lost some money. I tried to conttact them but I haven't got any replies from this company since they banned my trading account. I have been able to win profit of about $500 for myself, but I can not withdrawal, so I think Profit Group is the specialist of deposit broker only, and Profit Group can make their web with a few explanations. How can I take my money back or claim? I made a screenshot to prove my case.
I started to trade with Profit Group because I like the low spread on EUR/USD 0.5 pips and the low deposit, only that I lost $700 trying to trade on the MetaTrader 4 platform. It crashes, it has delays and the support team can't do much. They always say is my laptop or internet problem. I tried to trade from Android and from other desktop but the problem is still there. The support team is not answering my emails or calls. I requested to withdraw the money left in my account after trading EUR/USD and GBP/EUR pairs, it took 14 days to could withdraw. I closed today the account and I am happy!
In general I am really not happy with Profit Group broker. I placed a trade at USDJPY pair on the 23th August with 1.00 lot size. On the 24 August,without my order or consent close my trade thereby putting me in loss of $70 after which the trade move only 13 pips and retraced back to my take profit. Immediately I l chat with their support but they refuse to adjust this loss. This mistake is not from my end so why should I take liabilities. How can I take my money back or claim?
I have had a bad experience with this broker, I was attracted by their conditions like minimum deposit and supposedly competitive spreads, then on june this year I decided to invest $250 to start trading, soon I could see that their MT4 is not that good, so slow, and I faced a lot of slippages and soon I had some significative losses the spreads are not that low and change constantly , it can reach almost 4 pips in news time.
