I don’t recommend Interactive broker. Requote happens very frequently. Their spreads are huge compared to other brokers. It shows different quotes on different time frames. Withdrawals are time-consuming time and I am waiting for my withdrawal for 26 days.
I haven’t experienced any problems so far. They offer smart services and the customer support seems to be doing their job quite well, because answers come very fast. I have been with Interactive Brokers for about 6-7 months. So far I have had excellent experience of them. I have withdrawn a couple of times, always received the money within a day or two. Excellent broker when it comes to luring customers. They're professional in that field. Their spreads are very good, 1 pip for EUR/USD and USD/JPY and I trade in those currency pair and applied scalping strategy. When I tried to withdraw the profit I got, they just proceed it instantly through wire transfers. The system make everything easier and faster.
I've disappointed after the deal on the Workstation trading platform of Interactive broker, As all of my orders failed to execute in actual position and the platform could be hang for a long time. Also, their high spread could rise in news time. Recently I had lost $120 for their worst service. So I am fed up with their unprofessional service.
Interactive Brokers has been in the industry for more than two decades already. Throughout the years, they were able to serve their clients well. And because of that, I decided to choose them as my broker. The trading platform is very easy to use and there are tools that can be used to make the experience more efficient.
I don't have any problems with them because they are very accommodating. The trading platform is free from bugs. Deposit and withdrawals are very fast, I have the money in my account in few minutes. They provide Meta trader with the best execution. Very realible. I started with $5000 USD, I always use scalping which I think is suitable for maximum profit. Interactive is a broker to all type of traders, both newbies and professionals. I learnt a lot from this broker, especially with all information provided in its website.
I made several deposits and withdrawals and all processed well. They professionally answer all my queries. I think I would recommend them to my friends. After over 6 months of testing I am very happy and satisfied.. Their Mt4 is very stable and fast there are no fees for deposits using liberty or credit cards. I am happy with their customer service is very fast to reply to my questions.
Well, after 3 months with Interactive Brokers I'm overall satisfied with their service. I trade majors only, mostly USDCHF - short term swing trades. My orders get filled immediately, spread is about less than 2 pip, however the slippage is up to 2 pips. I like the variety of trading instruments and a good support service. Trade with Interactive Brokers with confident. This broker have constantly improved their services.
It has been a year since I started trading at Interactive Brokers and I am happy that I made this choice because I am liking my overall trading experience. The trading platform is very stable, I encounter no problem with regards to this. Their website is also complete with information and is easy to navigate. They also have a reasonable trading cost and a dependable customer care team. I am looking forward for the further growth of my investment.
Just join this broker a month ago with $500 deposit. I never know about trading activity before, but I think a choose the right broker, because their custommer support always support me during my trading. And 3 days ago, I earn $209 profit from my trading activity. I was so happy, because this my very first time my first experience entered into the world of trading. I will keep continue my trading with Interactive Brokers.
Hope they keep their consistency.
I just switched to Interactive broker from another broker after I found out the negative reviews about this another broker. So I got recomended from my friend to join whith them.
I open small account, the process was very seamless and easy. Last week, an erroneous 36 pip spread spike stopped meout of a EUR/JPY trade, and I called the sipport and they were onto it right away once confirmed with the LP
and my account was refunded immediately. I already gained almost 12% of my profit.
