I am very happy with ActivTrades from the beginning. I like their MT4 charts for me still the most excellent. The platform never gone down. Faster trades than the other MT4 ever I used and spreads are very reasonable. Because of my interest in expert advisors I hardly use them anymore. They are highly recommended.
I have no more intention for this broker anymore. There is only disaster here. I lost almost $950. I transaction transparency is the most important then making huge profit. I am thinking to change this broker. Be careful with this unregulated scam broker, not regulated at all, after easy deposit of my money into my Active Trades account and after making some huge profits. I'm not satisfied and I don't recommend it to any serious trader.
ActivTrades brokers' service is professional, As I have used their MT4 platform and order execution is so fast. Also, they have the tightest spread and hasn't any commission, and a wide range of instruments which they providing in the platform, like SmartPattern, SmartForecast, SmartOrder, SmartLines, SmartTemplate. So I think trading with ActivTrades is profitable. I have a lot of successful history, I've withdrawal $250 to $750 via bank wire so far. I say ActivTrades is a professional broker.
I started trading with ActivTrades a few weeks ago. I am having both good and bad days. Perhaps, most of it is because of my lack of experience but I think the broker also factors in. Their platform often lags and the execution of orders gets delayed most of the time. As a result, I can't make the trade that I want.
This broker seem obscure and strange the first time I trade with them. I was so scared when I can not control the market analysis then I would be difficult to implement trade. I do not recommend this broker because of their poor systems which offered to their clients. Their server had many re-quotes during the trading time and placing order. Thus my trades were delayed in traffic time. They put 20 second delay on every order. I couldn't even make a order or close because the price will be different.
Their MT4 platform doesn't work as fast as it was with demo account. I don't have problems but it takes some time to get used to that. My first deposit was $700. I was very happy because I get a profit. But when he asked for withdraw, they wouldn't grant it without a clear explanation.
I have been trading with ActivTrades demo account for approximately 3 months. They advertise the spreads on a demo account 1 pips which are same as for a live account . After which I made my first deposit and I could see that the spreads for major currency were really about 6 pips. I send an email to customer support and they told me that they claim a commission of 3.0 pips for each trade. That’s why there is a difference between my demo and my live account. Don't waste your money with them. The broker is joke.
I've got frustrated with their systems. My problem with them is they seem to have some fake ticks plugin on all of their instruments. They gives many false spikes. Sometimes they stop their server from few min. Even the market is not volatility. They have irrelevant analysies, it is too difficult to join them. I don´t recommend this broker.
I am impressed that ActivTrades is regulated by various jurisdictions as it is an implication that this broker is could be trusted. However, not all of their platforms are working excellently. Their MT4 platform is great but their MT5 and the other versions runs poorly. They always lag and some of my orders are not executed correctly. I have been complaining to the technical support already but they still haven't fixed it. I give credit, though, to the representatives for their long patience.
Active Trades has the worst funding system in the world. Bestially I user their Neteller system for depositing and withdrawal fund. For last 2 months, I did get my money in proper time. When I put small withdrawal (below $100) request they send it jut in 4 days. But when I put large amount like $700 they took too much time. I got my last $700 after 20 days later. I transaction transparency is the most important then making huge profit. I am thinking to change this broker.
